I have deployed portworx via the operator to an eks cluster with the correct IAM permissions.

The following is the error observed when reviewing status:

```auto
Failed to start Portworx: failed to generate a new node identity: timed out performing task., Error was: context deadline exceeded
PX stopped working 31.4s ago. Last status: Could not init boot manager (error="failed to generate a new node identity: timed out performing task., Error was: context deadline exceeded")
command terminated with exit code 1
```

In cloudtrail I can see the nodegroup instances trying to create/delete the volumes but no volumes are present.

I have also tried to uninstall via the Operator and generated a new spec file for deployment but receiving the same issue.
