Hello, we recently moved from the latest version of PURE to the latest version of Portworx. Last night I did a resize of a pvc and when the stateful set pod restarted, I got this:
MountVolume.SetUp failed for volume “pvc-…” : rpc error: code = Internal desc = Failed to mount volume …: mounting …:/px_… failed, reason given by server: No such file or directory:

Unfortunately I haven’t yet been given access to PURE1 yet to see the volumes/drives. And I haven’t found anything helpful on Google yet. I did see the troubleshooting page/steps. And I’ve looked at Lighthouse but it just says ‘cluster unavailable’ for that volume - other ones show details.
The other aspect of this is that it’s pure-file and goes straight to storage. We used an EA script to migrate it and it says it’s detached and the HA is 1. But it had been working for the past week before this.
I’ll continue to try to get access to the PURE1 portal - anything else I can try/do/investigate? Thank you.
