Best Practices for Running Portworx with Kubernetes on Bare Metal?

Hello all,

I’m relatively new to Portworx and just starting to delve into its full capabilities. I’ve set up a test environment with Kubernetes on bare metal nodes and installed Portworx following the official recommendation. So far, everything seems to be working, but now I want to transition from testing to something closer to production-like.

Before I dig in too deep, I would appreciate any advice to get me in the right direction from those who have experience with best rpa tools. What are some best practices for running Portworx on bare metal with regard to performance, high availability, and data redundancy?

Additionally, do I need to change anything on the host operating system layer or the storage devices themselves to prevent bottlenecking and reliability issues? I read that things like drive types and RAID configuration can be a sizable factor, so if you would enlighten me in that last regard I would appreciate it.

Thanks for any tips, lessons learned, and resources on Portworx. I appreciate you all for helping an aspiring Portworx user in their goal in an effort to maximize Portworx capabilities!

Cheers,
