||Portworx installs on AKS started failing on August 21, 2020 due to an Azure backend change which causes VM disk attach APIs to fail when using VMSS. Until Azure fixes this problem, Portworx calls the Azure disk attach API differently as a workaround. User impact: When using auto disk provisioning in an AKS environment with VMSS, Portworx will not be able to attach Azure Managed Disks and, therefore, not come up at all on the cluster. Resolution: Changed how Portworx invokes the Azure VM Disk attach API. This will ensure that Azure will not throw an error and let the disk attach go through.
