Portworx on Openshift 3.11 Platform as service on IBM cloud

We have an Openshift cluster on IBM cloud.
It is a PaaS cluster. We do not have additional disks on it.
Can we use PortWorx on it.
Specially any guide on the manifest generation step will help. Since I do not see any option for IBM cloud
