PX-Essential - cannot register, no cluster to unlink

Hi, after several failed attempts, I was able to successfully install Portworx essentials onto our on premise k8s cluster using operator (all node has internet access).

The cluster status is Ok, except licence.
If I describe storagecluster object (the only one I have). I got Unable to register cluster: Cannot send metric to the billing endpoint: Response Code: 500, error in sending metering information, Err: {"message":"cannot register usage, Err: cannot register new cluster, all available essentials licenses exhausted for user f450e331-9afd-11eb-a2c5-c24e499c7467","code":500}

Sadly on https://central.portworx.com/ there is no cluster to unlink.

Is there any action, I can perform to successfully register mine only running PX-essential cluster?

I have also installed an Essential cluster today for evaluation purposes and I am seeing the same thing. In addition the license is showing as expired and asking to unlink an existing cluster (which there is none)

Also, user for existing essential cluster noes not have registred clusters on Portworx Central portal!

can you please share your essential entitlement ID’s, I can take a look and confirm whats going on.

My entitlement ID is 0f918170-48cc-11eb-a2c5-c24e499c7467.

The installation did register overnight and seems to work now, but still not showing in PX Central and I can see the alert

I see that your entitlement ID is being used for the following cluster

Can you check if this cluster_uuid shows up on PX-Central, if not then let me know the new cluster_uuid and we can try to get the old one unlinked.
