Migration metrics capture end-to-end migration health including status and stage progression, per-stage and total durations, created/completed counters, transfer rates and total bytes, and the latest completion timestamp for schedules.

Migration schedule metrics to report overall schedule status and the status of the most recent run to simplify at-a-glance schedule health checks.

Action metrics (failover/failback) to track action status, and completion timestamps.

New Disaster Recovery Grafana Dashboard to deliver single-pane DR Observability, Faster RCA and clearer RPO/RTO verification. It includes all migrations summary by schedule, status breakdowns, duration by stage and overall, transfer rates/bytes, failover/failback stats, and Stork component resource‑consumption trends.
