Failed to mkdir "/etc/crictl.yaml": mkdir /etc/crictl.yaml: read-only file system

I’m trying to install Portworx Essentials on Talos Linux which mounts the /etc folder as read-only. Is there a way to specify a different path for things that are getting written there?

This particular error is happening when the StorageCluster is trying to initialize. The storage cluster pods have failed to generate container "532e5........" spec: failed to generate spec: failed to mkdir "/etc/crictl.yaml": mkdir /etc/crictl.yaml: read-only file system
