500 error in Lighthouse viewing volume

Hi,

When I click on the “View Volume Analyser” button for some of my volumes, it returns a 500 error on the following call:
http://127.0.0.1:8002/volume/tree?clusterId=49760565-2dc8-4244-8bb1-bc00bab574f3&volumeId=245941367790637216

I was on 2.5.7 and now upgraded to 2.6. The problem occurred on both versions.

Looking at the log for Lighthouse, I get this error message.
[Wed Sep 09 06:00:18.214091 2020] [php7:error] [pid 47] [client 127.0.0.1:58314] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4096 bytes) in /var/www/pxlh/app/DSUtils.php on line 72, referer: http://127.0.0.1:8002/home

Has anyone seen this? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

So…it has been 12 days. Does nobody from Portworx have a thought or comment about this? I’ve deploy Portworx exactly as stated in your deployment document to evaluate this solution and my confidence is shaken by both the problem as stated above and Portworx ignoring this for 12 days. I’ve only got a couple GB of storage here. What happens if I want to really to use this in a challenging environment?
