The Portworx Essentials license requires that your clusters be connected to the internet and send usage data to PX-Central.
Our security department asks to explain how portworx communicates with your PX-Central.
We found that portworx uses the following ports to connect to PX-Central: 31240 and 7070.
- Am I right that portworx every hour try to connect to pxessentials.portworx.com and logs-01.loggly.com ?
- We do not understand why the following ports should be opened: 31234 and 31241.
Could you please explain how Portworx Essentials communicate with your PX-Central servers ? We need this information to configure firewalls correctly.
