We are excited to announce that the latest version of Portworx CSI (PX CSI 25.1.0) is now Generally Available. The new version of Portworx CSI is a reduced footprint version of Portworx software that customers can use with Pure Storage FlashArray and FlashBlade.

Compatibility
- PX-CSI 25.1.0 will be supported with Operator 24.2.1.
- Only FADA & FBDA storage classes will be created by Operator.
- Default behavior is to disable Stork & Autopilot. However, Operator is not enforcing this behavior and editing the STC to enable this is still allowed. (This will be enforced in the next Operator version).

Upgrade Recommendations
- PX CSI 25.1.0 is intended for newer deployments.
Caveats
- Flashblade only installs require manually provisioned KVDB drives.
- Manual runbook driven approach for migrating existing PX-CSI customers to PX-CSI 25.1.0.
- Separate release process and versioning scheme from PX-Enterprise.
